Outreach in the Park
/During their stay, the team from Connecticut led an outreach in the park, just in front of the facility. There were crafts and games.....and CANDY! Needless to say, there were a lot of kids. Most if not all of the kids that came out that day come regularly for youth center, and a few come for church services. We have been seeing fruit from the youth center ministry, and to have teams come and minister to these kids and show them love, is like watering the seeds that have been sown. Even with the language barrier, the youth from Connecticut worked together and blessed the kids here in Nicaragua, both old and young. Youth teams that have come out to serve may be what God uses to create a desire for missions in the hearts of some of the youth here in Nicaragua.
